what i think he is trying to say is that if you are someone that is choosing the right  than you will have that name that he is talking about.i think he helped those players that are now professional players because without him there would of not been any professional player. what i seem so far is that the players have feelings about his old coach because he helped them when they had to be themselves. i think that the coach would help theme develop new skills. i think that he would motivate them to do what was right for them. i think he is a good motivation and influence for everyone for you to be respectful kind. i think he is  one of the best coaches and he is a honest man. i think that without him the players wouldn't be dependent for what they now. i think life has tough him many things like being honest. i think he is honest and i think that is why he is famous.
